Do you have an urge to live life with more freedom, authenticity, and humor? Then you are being called to go beyond your limits and take back the power you have given away to conditions and others.
With dialog, introspection, group activities, and support from others on the path, you will develop a new concept of yourself, take ownership of your innate power, identify and update your beliefs about the Universe and how it works.
This is a certificated course and is a prerequisite for CSL membership as well as many classes, retreat, and trips.

About Cathy Lindsay:
One of Cathy Lindsay’s greatest joys is being part of a person’s journey in self discovery and moving towards a more joy filled and powerful life. She has grown and thrived in Science of MInd teachings since 1984, has been a licensed Prayer Practitioner for over 20 years and an Osteopathic Physician since 1988. Cathy uses the principles and practices in every area of her life including relationships, travel, health, supporting patients, creating a better world and having a life of her hopes and dreams being fulfilled. She has been part of the CSL teaching team for many years, was the lead teacher for Financial Freedom and now and for several years has been co-teaching Beyond Limits.
About Jen Hannah:
Jen came to the Center for Spiritual Living - Seattle in 2002, and while her face took a while to break the habit of frowning on Sundays, her heart danced immediately. She and her husband became members in 2003, delving into the community and the classes wholeheartedly. Jen became a Prayer Practitioner in 2007, and she began teaching Beyond Limits that same year.
This teaching, quite simply, has changed her life. It has offered a new perspective from which to deal with daily life, tools to create the most she can imagine (and more!), and the constant call to open more to the Glory and Wonder of Spirit. Her favorite thing is to help people remember how amazing and powerful they really are
Jen is a Seattle native, an elementary school teacher by trade, and an artist in every spare minute. She and her husband Peter are being raised by their nine year old son.
